Dear Residents and Prospects,

By now, you’ve probably heard a lot of information regarding COVID-19, also known as Coronavirus. As a method of precaution, Management is taking the following steps:

  • All non-essential low priority work orders will be placed on hold to allow for appropriate social distancing between the complex staff and tenants. Please continue to request work orders but be advised that only those work orders deemed essential for the tenant’s well-being will be worked during this time.
  • Prospects interested in seeing an occupied or vacant rental unit with staff will be required to complete a detailed verbal questioning to ensure pre-approval before showings will be scheduled. Our website will include additional photos and video to allow for a virtual walk through of each available apartment. By verbally pre-approving applicants via phone we insure there is no unnecessary interaction between prospects, existing tenants, and staff. We appreciate everyone’s understanding during this time as we try to increase the social distancing to protect everyone.

In order for everyone to keep as safe as possible, this must be a community effort. As such, the CDC recommendations include the following:

  • Wash your hands well and often with soap and water (for at least 20 seconds), especially after touching surfaces that are frequently touched by others
    • If soap and water are not readily available, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer that contains 60%–95% alcohol
  • Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue or your sleeve when coughing and/or sneezing
  • Avoid close contact with sick people
  • Avoid touching your face, nose, or mouth with unwashed hands
  • Stay home when you are sick
  • Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces
  • If you’re experiencing symptoms related to coronavirus, seek care
    • Before you go to the doctor's office or emergency room, call ahead and explain your symptoms and any recent travel, and avoid contact with others

December 29, 2019 New Rental Showing Days Announced - Prospects Encouraged To Fill Out Application If Interested

Beginning December 29, 2019 showings of our available rentals will be by appointment only scheduled at least 24 hours in advance if occupied and on the following schedule:

Dickson County on Tuesdays 7AM-2:30PM, Thursdays 7AM-2:30PM and Saturday Noon-2:30PM. 

Cheatham & Davidson County on Wednesday 8AM-1:30PM, Fridays 8AM-1:30PM and Saturday 8AM-11AM. 

Should you have difficulty viewing during these times special appointments can be made upon submitting an application for pre-approval. 

We encourage all prospects to review our rental qualification tab here on the site to insure qualification and to fill out the electronic application for preapproval. There is no need to pay the application fee at this time as we will not process the application until the prospect has viewed and approved the property. Individuals with completed applications will be considered first once the apartment is shown. We rent properties on a first come first serve basis to those individuals who have turned in a completed application with all supporting documentation. 

September 1, 2018 Gossett Investments, Inc. Begin No Smoking Initiative

As of September 1, 2018 any new rentals with Gossett Investments, Inc, will be smoke free in an initiative to eventually bring a completely smoke free environment to our homes. The rule to ban smoking in all our rental homes aims to reduce residents' exposure to secondhand smoke while also reducing building maintenance costs and fire risks. There is a consensus on the health dangers of secondhand smoke, especially to children. Because secondhand smoke moves between units in multifamily buildings, only the elimination of smoking in these buildings fully protects nonsmokers. While smoke free units are currently posted as rental units are turned over we encourage our existing tenants to start observing the same rules of smoking outside their rental units to protect the safety and welfare of others.
